Provided critical contract and subcontract administration support for the development of prime contract proposals, contract management and risk assessments, as well as program execution of subcontracts, modifications and regulatory-compliant procurement file documentation for contractors responding to requirements under contracts or grants issued by various departments within the DoD, HHS and Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA).
